Vintage Bike Insurance

I moved to Los Angeles in July and I moved to Germany in June 2010. In LA, I do not have enough money to buy a car (gas money, insurance, etc.) So I bought a bike. This bike is more vintage so I want to take it to Europe next summer.

Now my question, what is the best airline to transport the motorcycle at the best price? Or - what are my other options. I live in Los Angeles and I am moving to Da�sseldorf in Germany.

All airlines are sketchy at best for the bikes. Most airlines also charge $ 60-100 to the country to ship a bike box because of the larger size. it might be more to Europe.
