http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk120 ... (COG = white area)

2. will insurance pay for it entirely??? (Not my fault)

3 How I Drive while its patch be? I have no other car to go to school

4.The fixed it will be sensible that there was a tooth, it will be pefect (bought it new-(0 miles)

Alex I do not see the pictures U've given by the links in ur Q so that we do not know how the accident is bad ....

But if the tooth can be fixed by a professional mechanic super then yeah it'll be good enuf to not be noticed, but a gap remains a tooth regardless of the quality of workers is less than man can enrich magic his work, he "ll show the spectators that ur Dodge has a minute tooth or very negligible.

Especially not one but u and ur close family knows the truck is brand new and u guys now know that insurance is new to those who r they u need to fight with. Ask them a good amount ... additional quantities.

U need to ask u wat shud be old or have the insurance guy to give ua temporary mode of transport in all its forms, perhaps a bike ....

: (I am sorry 0 miles and a tooth he absolutely totally suckkssssss thats the worst thing that could happen, but again to claim a higher amount or a new truck if you can ask a lawyer wat can be done. I guess u can go to a public lawyer wudn't load of money!

Yes you should not really concerned about what it costs to fix the vehicle. Just file a claim with the insurance guys and let them solve the problem, whatever the cost. They must pay for your rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. Keep in mind that you are free to choose your own shop, but the insurance does not guarantee the work to the workshop. If you do not have a store and want to use one of the beings that are recommended most large companies secure the manufacture of a favorite store of their own. I at least hope your vehicle is safe to drive until the repairs begin. Good Luck

Your links do not work PB. But to answer the Q, 1) I can not say w / o seeing the photos, but if it was a gateway to 1000-1500, a rear fender about 2000-3000, a front fender about 1000. 2) Yes, their insurance will pay for it independently. 3) their insurance company is to provide a lease at their expense. 4) You can see by now, but if it is below your level, you have the right to refuse to work until it is how you want it. It's their job to restore the truck the way it was before, if they fail to do this, you can sue.

Sorry to hear about your truck, man, what a shame ..
