ideas on what I would do would be great ..
Thank you
certainly the heat .. Yes .... is the deadliest
Yes the # 1 cause of self unprocessed is overheating.
You have a stock trans cooler built into your rad. But for towing, driving hard, shopping, etc., this is not enough to keep the trans cool enough.
A supplement on the fountain kit is only $ 35-50. Money well spent, in my opinion. Kit comes with everything to install cooler with.
On my camaro I race, I run extra 2 trans coolers. I also have a temperature gauge trans. With the cooler rad my transmission was at 215 * F (200 * F is the max you ever want to go to the cross)
Adding a cooler and temp fuild dropped to 198 * F, even alittle too hot, so I added another and then ran temp 180 * F.
yes, like what the overheated Trans rune it.You should have a cooler anyway Trans Look to see if you have a small radiator in front of the radiator. If not installed, you will not have 1 sow trans. Also wailing if your lot, I suggest a power controller, you can switch the program application form traction in the economy by pushing a button.
