Tow Truck Melbourne

I moved to Florida from Missouri. I will have my 2 loads from there on our 53 'trailer. However, I have to find somewhere I can unload them in Melbourne. A boat dock concrete, steel yard ramp, or even a lot with a brake at the right height that we could trace it would work. I try to find the most cost effective solution. Even a warehouse or a car dealer who let us use their ramp would be great! Since we're so new to the area that we do not know where to go ... We examined the possibility of renting a truck towing flat as a last resort ... All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
