Torch Towing

My brother had his car stolen from his school. 5-6 days of fire and found his towing company telling him that they have called from his car and they have been for 5 days already and it is $ 700 for it to be there for 5 days . When my brother was asked why they did not contact them when they got him they said it was because it was raining and they wanted to check wine in the rain. Should he have to pay only $ 700 for 5 days or only from the day they informed him they had his car.

If the car was reported stolen to the police as a towing company should not have had in the first place. The police have been those of the car and contacted the owner for the recovery.
