Rates From Multiple Companies

My boss had an Access 2003 database to containg freight rates from different courier companies, you type the destination postal code and it tells you which company is least expensive.

It is now placed on our server and up to 14 users to use the database simultaneously.

Can Access handle this? If yes, how and if they are not suggestions on how to make this feasible?

By default, Access 2003 database is a multi-user.
