AAA will tow work in national parks? Someone told me that when their car breaks down in Yellowstone, and AAA would do nothing because he was in a national park. This was years ago, I should mention, but it frightened me a bit since I am an old car and live in the park for a few months, and I heard a Ystone trailer can cost $ 100s. I called a garage Yellowstone, they said they were not associated with AAA AAA but pay me later after paying. Called my AAA and the guy thought they would, but it does not sound very well informed. I do not know one of them knows what they are talking. Has anyone one here had any experience with this?
AAA is not legally allowed to shipping service along the roads more pay in the Northeast. We broke down on the Garden State Parkway a few years ago, and the Parkway Authority sent a tow truck. We showed the driver of the tow our AAA card and they have made arrangements with payment AAA. AAA acknowledges on its website that there are areas where they are legally prevented from providing service, but does not give a list.
AAA and I have not broken down in my favorite park (Yosemite), but all the places I needed AAA, they were there. contacts where AAA towing your car breaks down so I do not understand why they would not be able to send someone to even Yellowstone.
I'm sorry I can not help you with your question, but I am a AAA member and it is good to know things suck I'll give them a call to find out myself ... Thank you ..
That's how I work on the service road of the park and meets AAA pays for the service of the ether directly or as a refund from you if you paid out of pocket.
I have to break both on Highway 1 and in a state park, and AAA is out twice. One of the state parks were miles from anywhere and they still came. So, I'd be curious to hear about the national parks. I know that Yosemite does have a garage, but it is not in the valley. I can not imagine AAA does not come out of nowhere as there was a road. Several years ago, we got stuck in the middle of a river with only a dirt road. AAA did not leave us, but a farmer came to our rescue. We have well paid him for his trouble.
