Motorcycle Holiday Insurance

When you take a holiday insurance, I used the same company, I always used, but this time we went to take a motorcycle vacation, so I specifically asked the dealer if we were covered for travel through Europe on our bikes or if I need to take additional coverage that Joe is not a daily holiday Bloggs. I was put on hold and the staff member returned and told me I did not need and asked for more details.
My partner was killed in a motorcycle accident while vacationing in France. the insurance company to repatriate the body of his home, but just told me they used to pay a death benefit, because the bike was more than 125cc. they paid for him to come home "gratis".

Please accept my condolences. Most brokers must take out insurance E & O (errors and omission). If your attorney is continuing to broker the request will probably be paid by insurance brokers. Its worth it.

It is your word and the insurance broker, but if there were no witnesses (perhaps a clerk or someone who can hear your conversation) that you might have a chance. You will probably need a lawyer, but I feel that you'll end up with very little or nothing.

That said, it depends on whatever paperwork you received with respect to your policy. Currently, if you have a standing policy with an agent - the one that was postponed from year to year - when conditions are what will determine if this is covered or not.

Take your policy information to a renowned lawyer and leave them aware of any weaknesses or other exceptions that the insurance company may be operating, and if it does not, then press your case.

It's so sad, I'm sorry for you. In my life experiences that I have found everything you need to write important. It's a shame this guy gave you the info in less evil, but a lawyer tells you different I think you are stuck. Sorry for your loss of a friend.
