I'm looking for software / system that automatically generates premium rates or values after entering the different variables such as age of the car, distance traveled, age of driver, no claims bonus, residential areas and all the things that affect the rating.

Something like that call centers use to provide insurance insurance quotes online.

There are Web sites you can go to capture information, and quotes presented to you, but if you want something you can download to your computer at home, then you'd be looking like notation software that insurance brokers / agents use. This software costs several thousand dollars and you have to show the company you contract to sell insurance for insurers that you want the tariffs.
