Elephant seem to insure high risk drivers. Im 24 driving a VX220 Turbo for £ 1200. The second cheapest quote was £ 3000! Very well I do not have points but the high-risk drivers are high-risk drivers. Id recommend you visit.

Remember to add your mother as a named driver. This seems to reduce the price.

With one or two exceptions, most insurers will not penalize you for off-SP30 or SP50 conviction. If however there are other adverse factors (ie other convictions or allegations of bad experience), they may apply a premium loading for this.

Swinton car insurance just advertise that they do not load policy for speeding drivers, give them a ring just to check them.

Most insurance companies do not charge now for a speeding offense by providing a standard fixed penalty of isolation / endorsement have been imposed.
