What company offers a good rate for affordable car insurance in the State of Maryland? I'm just moving from Virginia, Maryland and I am very upset by the high premiums that I'll have to pay premiums to contrast the decline that I was paying for 2 cars, Virginia.
Does anyone know a good company cheap auto insurance?
Thank you!
Maryland has very high rates, if you want something to compare with the rates of VA. . you will not find it. There are losses fairer, more traffic, more lawsuits, that's all there is to it.
Your best bet is to go to one or two independent agents, ask them to help you 4-5 quotes each, and compare that way. But they will all be in the same ball park.

Not only check low cost, but make sure what you buy is worth it. There are things you just would not buy at the dollar store and insurance should not be one of them.
Amica Insurance has won the JD Powers for soemthing like 6 consecutive years of customer service and the No. 2 rated company in the country in consumer reports.
I had insurance with them for years as my family.
Meeting with an insurance agent in the city you will be moving. Ask them to review your coverage. They can find discounts or adding certain guarantees that you do not need. Almost in every state, there are certain areas or zip codes that cost more than others to live in. Will you live in an apartment or buy a home? If your lease, ask the local agent that the local postal codes are cheaper. If you are already tied to a lease you atleast be ready for next year.
It is better to get quotes for most companies there are available and select the lowest for yourself.
