What do you think of this poem? Mary and Joseph
We dance around the fire
Savagely beating our mandolins
We pray the wicked
With their great blasphemy
Are teased and scorched
With sand paper and tar
Spines, and ice
As we swim
Skyward
On the palms of the hands of God.
Look, the fire!
The candle
On the skin
The bride, named Mary
Which snack bags
The eyes of fish and frog eggs
Down the stairs
For the basement cluttered
She falls
She hits her head
And loses his breath
The horses had lost his shoes.
Joseph Falls Gateway
Stuttering,
"God, leave me alone!"
"Where are you?"
"What can I say?"
This mathematical equation
The shapes in the clouds
Riding in a strong wind from the south.
This equation is trigonometry
He did not have the means to understand
It floats idly
With him and the soul of Mary
Safely in tow
Sailing Mexico
Aaaaaghhhh
You can consider this as a "NO"
