International Motorcycle Insurance

I plan to buy the 2008 Ninja 250R new. Only $ 3500, if my hypothesis is that the cost of insurance coverage customary well. But I could be wrong? I have my international driving license that comes with international motorcycle license, too. And this license is completely clean with no bad records. Do not know if this will help because I'll have to get a license again here in the States. So basically, I'll buy the bike a few weeks after getting the motorcycle license.
I am ready to spend $ 200 on the MSF course if it helps reduce the cost of insurance significantly. Do you know how much the insurance cost may decrease because of an MSF course?

Note: please do not say something like "buy a used model 2005/2006" or buy "600/1000" cc. I can not go with the ugly "before 2008" Ninja 250 and I can not bear the cost, insurance and gas for 600/1000 cc.

insurance really depends on many things.
If you are bare minimum coverage, it can cost <$ 200 per year. It depends on how much coverage you want. Also hyosung are not a very good choice as a professional rider who likened the ninja and hyo. Report Abuse

do you waste money on a ninja, they are undesirable to read REVEIW i. Insurance you earn about $ 250/yearr depending on your coverage.

This is a muuch better bike for a low price.

Yeah I have a '07 Ninja 250 and I hate it. Petrol consumption is great, but I wanted more power within the first week. I know that insurance is extremely cheap on mine though.

Remember to follow safety of drivers and rude. this will reduce your insurance costs and give you a little experience. they have bikes for you to go there for training.

Your best bet is to contact an insurance agent and ask for a quote! There is so much more they take into consideration when determining your quote! Your age, driving record, length of driving time .. tickets, accidents, etc.
