Is an insurance company or their offices Erie agent open on Saturdays?

Erie is one of the companies I represent. They have their 24-hour emergency service available on Saturdays claims, ie it is available 24 hours a day - 365 days a year (366 in leap years). Erie agents set their own schedule. We open on Saturday from 9 to 1 pm on a rotating schedule, meaning we have only one or two staff available on Saturday, but also accommodate the necessary appointments. Most other agents Erie I know work by appointment only on Saturdays.
