If someone has started their own company tow truck and would be willing to offer advice I would really appreciate it. I need to know how to register my name, I need an EIN. Am I obligated to be in an area zoned if I do not have a lot of storage. Please help. I am a tow truck driver for many years but do not know all of the business side of things.
