Dinghy Insurance

I have a Intex Seahawk 400 inflatable dinghy. This is a non-powered boat, and I want to know if I'm sure to cover 3rd Party if I use it on the rivers of the United Kingdom?

Dinghy trips of less than 10 knots, do not require registraton ... and extremely unlikely that you damage another ship ... ie 3rd party is excessive.

Spend the $ on top of a fluorescent orange and aa good torch if you plan to Travel After Dark - so much better and safer if everyone can see you ...
