Cure Car Insurance

Cure Car InsuranceCan a lender take my car without the right to cure?

My car insurance expired for about a week. When I learned about it I bought insurance. The following week, my lender repossess my car and the finance company did not send me a right to cure. Is this legal?

Right to cure has to do with you making payments to the lender. He has absolutely zero to do with your insurance.

And as part of your loan / lease is apparently required to have insurance, then yes, they can take a minute after the expiry of your insurance.

All legal. Good work on the lapse of insurance.
