Compare Car Insurance Premiums

After a quick navigation on the nest, I found that similar conditions and parameters when applied to Germany, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands produce quotes that are at least half of a maximum 70% less.
In addition, insurers continent are not asking too many questions. I've never been asked about where I park the car, if she has a tracking device, whether CCTV in the area or what brand of alarm system was.
Does anybody know why the premiums in the UK are found much more expensive? (The reason I can imagine, is the assurance that gets far less exposure in advertising in the European copuntries from the United Kingdom).

Well, this is not a professional response is only an opinion but I think the French and other countries would not stand for the high premiums we pay and he would do something like strike. I agree with Great Britain scammed remarks, but would add that we also now pay IPT (tax on insurance premiums - from 5% to 17.5%?) On auto insurance here, so that the government is pulling too.

I believe in the United Kingdom arent too bad compared to the Republic of Ireland. It is absolutely astronomical here. Why do we take it. The rest of Europe are familiar with this
