Car Insurance Western Australia

Car Insurance Western AustraliaIf someone is injured in an accident in a car they are involved in the theft in Western Australia?

Are they the right to request a third party insurance if they are injured while involved in the theft of the car. Is that asking a fraudulent claim especially if the car isn't reported stolen?

I think making a claim like this, you must have ba! S Steel

nope.

the only way you can ask for compulsory insurance for third party injury is to be injured by a car with another person is solely responsible for your injuries. If you were injured in the break or steal another persons vehicle, then you are the person who is responsible and liable for your injury, and nobody else.

Liability coverage covers damage driver of a vehicle, where they are at fault in an accident and injure another person, other than themselves. You, as pilot, in fact are not covered to claim for your own injuries, if you're at fault.

Clearly, a thief being hurt in this way does not really apply.

it would not be "fraudulent" if the injury actually occurred in the way you described it just would not be paid because it is simply not covered by this insurance.
