My question is ... Has anyone done this and been lucky with her? And this "too good to be true increase in rates" after you have real? And what is a good company to go with?

Recently I registered online with the progress and it was significantly lower. It was easy and I was able to get all my online forms on their part. They mail me an official copy of my policy. Right now I'm happy.
