Have you taken with the mediator in a financial dispute car insurance? My insurance company seem to think that I can replace one perfect 06 Panda silver

Has anyone had experience with the Financial Ombudsman about car insurance? Has anyone successfully encouraged or forced insurance companies to play fair with them? Councillor weft and woof of welcome e my insurance company.
I have not had experience with a mediator.
However, usually the insurance company will quote a price reflecting the actual cash value of depreciation, which is not the same as the full market value.
Their real price the cash value may be out of line, and may be worth trading. But the fact that it is lower than the total market value is not surprising.
