Car Insurance MedicalCar insurance, payment of medical care to passengers?

I had an accident with a third party and im getting all payments covered by the third party. There were three other passengers with me in my car and now we all get medical treatment.
We'll get treatment for some time. I know I'll make the controls of the insurance company after the treatment is completed.
However, IM does not know if passengers are checks and insurance and how much percentage they receive.

Am I able to check their gonna get me? since im the one whos paying all insurance costs?

Please please let me know. Thank you for your time!

Checks will be for the exact amount of medical expenses incurred. They will either go to the person or medical facility. If the check is sent to the person, they will then be responsible for paying their medical bills. All other regulations (for other than medical expenses) would the applicant

Why do you want the checks sent to you, you are not entitled.
People were passengers in the car, which was involved in an accident.
If they were injured and needed medical care while they are entitled to claim.
They receive a "percentage" of each case is based on the amount of damage so they may receive more or less you receive.

How could you be entitled to payment for your passengers? Not only that, it is likely that all payments will be paid directly to medical providers.
