Brampton Towing

Yesterday evening (02/12/2008), Brampton, ON, I was driving on a highway to the west, where a complex townhouse is located on the north side also, quite suddenly, a truck guys reverse snow his truck in the street where I was driving from Houses complex. I call the police but they were busy because of Strom and I took my car to the police station for inspection by tow truck. The guy who was driving snow removal truck does'nt have his name on it was his uncle and he was carying insurance policy, either, but I got his license number, address and phone number plate, I hv informed the police and the insurance company. Do you think this will be my fault and that people frighten me, I hv hit my car from the front. secondly how much it will take to solve and how much I get for a Nissan Sentra 94 cars. Well, if he was backing from a parking space while you're already traveling on the main road, then it will be his fault.
