Boat Yacht Insurance

When I grow up I want my career to own a yacht charter company in different locations eg. Hawaii, Flordia etc., which I need large college that kind of funds do I need insurance? Let me also buy a plot of land on Lake Lanier and put a boat rental company ski boats and pontoons and personal watercraft, what should I need.
Anything else?

It is a business - a difficult and not very reliable suffering from external influences at many levels, weather, war, economic, social, legal, - etc.

The requirement, after a business degree is capital - and lots of it. You'll need insurance at all levels, it will be encrypted based on the perceived risk - the risk perception of insurance providers, not yours. This will include assessing your skills and experience with historical accounts of the industry claim your type of activity chosen. A lean business model may be regarded as good - or it can be considered as alarming if the insurer thinks it could affect the maintenance and safety decisions to be delayed or ignored.

Buying land is a good decision - and it is something more directly between you and a bank - just to show that you can repay the loan. Prime land in the water before need of capital, without a history of good earnings, no banks will take to heart these days - certainly not on a person or unproven start-ups.

So, very simply, you'll need two things to start. The qualities required to lead the company or persons with the qualifications and proven experience, and a lot of capital. Looking to potentially millions to do everything you could want - and it's a good dream. You should be aware that somewhere in the plan that you work in industry and gain the skills and experience to successfully create or manage the business and work at a level high enough to you can save enough money to enter in your own right.

You will need large companies to school. Then you will need to have business insurance for yachts' and the company. You'll need lots of capital to operate the business. If you run a "Yacht" business, you also need a captain's license from the USCG Maritime Academy. I do not know what size yacht you're planning, but you'll need the license to carry passengers.

Hello - can you start in a small way by contacting the existing charter companies, whose first language is not English, and offering to advertise their services for a percentage. We have done several years ago with several French companies that puts us in contact with the charter around the world. Commission on the average was 15%. It's a good idea to meet with owners and the sails of their boats so you can make judgments about the quality of their service - thats also a lot of fun!
