I am an American living in southern Pennsylvania. I pay each year for a towing service. My car is broken and I have it towed to a service station. Should I point the guy towing my car? If yes, how? Would the world is a wonderful place if everyone were paid enough that the deposit was not necessary? Sure would lower my stress level.
